What are the single letters after each price?
Tax codes. They flag whether that item was taxed, so they need to reconcile with the tax line in the totals. The exact letters shift by state and store.
Can I rebuild a Walmart receipt I no longer have?

Tips for creating your walmart receipt
The letter after each price is a tax code - N untaxed, X or T taxed - and it has to agree with the tax total • Real TC numbers run about 20 digits; a short code reads as fake immediately • The survey-sweepstakes line at the very top is standard on genuine Walmart slips, so leave it in • Pick plausible register and operator values - 00001 across the board gives it away
