The receipt maker built for speed

ReceiptPronto exists because recreating a receipt is a five-minute job that most tools stretch into an afternoon. Spreadsheets misalign the columns, design apps make you draw every dashed line, and word processors produce something no register ever printed.

So the whole product is organized around speed: open a format, type your details, watch the totals work themselves out, download the file. The name is the promise — pronto.

A receipt reads as real or it doesn't — monospaced type, true 58 and 80 mm widths, thermal paper texture, tax that actually adds up, barcodes that actually scan. We sweat those details in the builder so you don't have to think about them at all.

ReceiptPronto is an independent project operated from the European Union. The same few hands design the templates, write the code, and answer the support inbox — which means feedback tends to turn into shipped changes quickly.

The tool is for honest work: replacing a record of a purchase you actually made, keeping your books straight, and building mockups, props, and test data. Passing a generated receipt off as proof of a purchase that never happened is fraud, and our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits it. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service cover the rest.
