Terms of Service

Using ReceiptProntomeans you accept these terms. If they don't work for you, the only remedy is not to use the service.

ReceiptPronto is a browser-based tool for building and downloading customizable receipt documents. It is currently free to use, requires no account, and is offered as-is: we may change, pause, or discontinue any part of it without notice.

The tool exists for honest work — for example:

• Rebuilding a record of a purchase you genuinely made
• Issuing receipts for goods or services you actually provide
• Bookkeeping, expense documentation, and personal organization
• Mockups, props, prototypes, teaching materials, and software test data

You must not use ReceiptPronto to deceive anyone. That includes fabricating proof of purchase for refunds, returns, or chargebacks; submitting invented receipts for reimbursement, tax, or insurance claims; misrepresenting transactions that never took place; and any other unlawful or deceptive scheme.

We block access for misuse and cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it. See the Acceptable Use Policy for detail.

Everything you type into a receipt — and everything you do with the file afterwards — is on you. That includes making sure you hold the rights to any logos, trademarks, or images you add; uploads are processed in your browser and never reach our servers. You agree to comply with the laws that apply to you, and we accept no liability for how receipts made with the tool are used.

ReceiptPronto has no accounts, subscriptions, or payments today. If we introduce optional paid features later, they will come with their own clearly stated terms, and these Terms will be updated before anything is charged.

The service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.

We may revise these terms as the product evolves. The date above reflects the latest revision, and continuing to use the service after a revision means you accept it.
